Technical Product Manager

Job Description:
- Uncover and understand customer needs and translate them into requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders to help establish the release process
- Experience working with remote development teams, in a strict agile environment
- Ability to own and manage the product backlog, and help define the product roadmap
- Experience setting product KPIs and showing impact through success metrics
- Ability to work well with internal teams, including developers, engineers, architects, quality assurance, and operations. Ensure requirements are fully understood and that implementation plans match expectations.
- Establish and manage processes for both automated and manual testing
- Coordinate beta tests.
- Work with design and dev teams to create and maintain test plans for all active products
- Help engineering teams develop the clear and meaningful unit, integration, and acceptance tests
- Develop and maintain a process for creating test cases from planned features, and ensure full test coverage of the product spec
- Lead a team who will manage the bulk of the QA engineering responsibilities
- Work with the infrastructure team to plan and implement a QA environment
- Answer incoming questions about the product and its capabilities.
- Assess and address technical risks.
- Understand and analyze data pipelines, algorithms, and automated systems.
- Define success criteria for testing and product acceptance.
- Facilitate the creation and maintenance of proper product documentation.
- Lead calls and articulate the status of project for both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Travel: Must be willing to relocate to Saipan
Position type and expected hours of work: Full-time, minimum of 40 hours weekly
Required education, experience and competency:
- Minimum of five years’ experience working in similar role
- Must have experience working for Fintech companies
- Must be comfortable in facing clients and stakeholders
- Must have experience working with these technologies: Git, Github, JavaScript / TypeScript, Cypress/ PlayWright/ Selenium, Scrum
- Must have Project Management skills
Preferred education and experience:
- Plus if you have experience working on tax software development
- Plus if you have an accounting or finance background
